Glide Enterprises operates LessonGlide and is responsible for personal data handled through the service. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or complaints, email admin@lessonglide.com. This is our public data-protection contact.

We collect information needed to run LessonGlide, including tutor account and profile details, student names, parent contact details, lesson schedules and history, balances, support communications, and limited technical and session information needed for security and authentication.

We use information to provide and secure LessonGlide, authenticate users, maintain lesson and billing records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not use analytics tracking today and do not send marketing emails today. If product-update or promotional emails are introduced, we will provide a clear unsubscribe option where required.

We use service providers to operate LessonGlide, including Supabase for authentication and database services, hosting and infrastructure providers, Google where you choose Google sign-in, and a payment provider once subscriptions launch. When you choose to open WhatsApp to send a message, WhatsApp handles that message under its own policies; LessonGlide does not automatically send it for you.

Tutors are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to enter student and parent information into LessonGlide and for providing any notices required to those individuals. LessonGlide is not intended for children to create accounts directly.

We retain information while your account is active and afterwards only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed outside Singapore through our service providers, and we take reasonable steps to use providers with appropriate data-protection safeguards.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
