Terms of Service

LessonGlide is a scheduling, lesson-management, and billing-assistance service for independent tutors, operated by Glide Enterprises in Singapore. By creating an account or using LessonGlide, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

LessonGlide is an administrative tool, not accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing lesson records, balances, and billing messages before sending them to parents.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, use LessonGlide lawfully, and ensure that you have an appropriate basis to enter student and parent information into the service.

The Free tier supports up to 10 active students. When paid checkout launches, LessonGlide Pro will cost SGD 29 per month and renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Once Pro is available, you may cancel at any time. Pro access remains available until the end of the current paid month. We do not provide partial-month refunds. Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy.

You must not use LessonGlide to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send spam, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or enter data that you are not entitled to use.

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security concerns, or respond to a material breach of these Terms.

Glide Enterprises owns LessonGlide, including its software, branding, and content. You retain ownership of the information you enter into your account.

LessonGlide is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Glide Enterprises is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or errors in records or billing messages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions? Email admin@lessonglide.com.
